This is the first step get youre chose of rubber bands and twist the first one. Than get two others and put them on but don't twist.
This is the second step. Put one side of the bottom band over the other two. Do the other side.
Keep repeting the first step than this step but don't twist the band, the only band is twisted is the very first one, stop when it fits youre rist, once done clip off.
